The Audit Hearing was called to order at 6:45 p.m. by Chairman Dan Knutzen.  Other officials present were:  1^st Supervisor Dan Rettler, 2^nd Supervisor Tom Neubert, Clerk Karen Herman, and Treasurer Jeri Ohman.  Residents waiting for the Town Board meeting to begin:  Dale Schmoll and Michael Garvey.    

The agenda was posted according to the open meeting law on September 6, 2012.

MOTION:  Rettler/Neubert to approve the audit.  All said aye.  Motion carried.
