            The Town Board of the Town of Black Creek, Outagamie, Wisconsin, hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the public meeting for the Town Board for Friday, April 10, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. – Noonwith the public meeting of the Town Board to be located at theBlack Creek Town Hall, N6051 12 Corners Rd, Black Creek, WI.  The Town Chairperson or designee has provided communication of this public meeting by a Posted Meeting Notice.
 

AGENDA

1.      Call to Order.

2.      Roll Call/Quorum Call.

3.      Verification of Public Notice by the Town Board.

4.      Specific matters for discussion and possible action by Town Board in open session.

            a. Meeting conducted by William West, Blue Iris Environmental, Inc.
                Pertinent topics relating to the auto and scrap recyclers.

                How to access the WDNR website to determine if your facility could
                impact waters of the state—looking at outstanding resource water and
                TMDL designations

                Guest speaker:  Mike Urban WDOT Inspector for auto recyclers—rules
                and regulations pertaining to Type 1 through Type 4 auto recycling
                classifications.

                  

5.      No discussions or possible action on any other specific Town Board Business will be conducted.

6.      Adjournment.
