SPECIAL BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
April 25, 2016

The Special Board of Supervisor’s meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m.
Officials present: Chairman Dan Knutzen, 1st Supervisor Dan Rettler, and Clerk Karen Herman. Treasurer Jeri Ohman, and 2nd Supervisor Tom Neubert were absent.
The agenda was posted according to the open meeting law on April 22, 2016.
a. Review the new Town and Fire Hall property insurance policy with Municipal Property Insurance
Company – Policy was reviewed. Clerk contacted the Municipal Property Insurance Company
(MPIC) to verify if we needed to be billed for the Contractor’s Equipment portion of the policy.
The Contractor’s Equipment items were listed with no cost. Lori with MPIC verified that since the
cost is under $25,000, there is no additional charge for this coverage.
b. Approve payment and transfer money to make payment to the Municipal Property Insurance
Company – MOTION: Knutzen/Rettler to pay the property insurance bill to MPIC $2,369 and to
transfer $2,400 to pay the bill. All said aye. Motion carried.
MOTION: Knutzen/Rettler to adjourn at 1:40 p.m. All said aye. Motion carried.
