Public Hearing Minutes


Tuesday, September 18, 2012                           8:00 p.m.                                                 Town Hall

The Public Hearing discussion took place at 8:00 p.m.
 
Planning Commission members present:  Merlin Heiden, John Lemke, Norman Steffens, and Dan Knutzen (Chairman).  Clerk Karen Herman was also present.  Guest:  Dave Johnson, Assistant Planning Director with Outagamie County and Jeffrey Sanders with Community Planning and Consulting were also present along with 9 residents/land owners.

The agenda was posted according to the open meeting law in the ACN/Times Press Newspaper (Seymour) for 2-weeks, September 3 and September 10, 2012.  The agenda was also posted 8/30/12 at the 3-posting places and the front door of the town hall building.

The Town of Black Creek is having a public hearing to amend the Town’s Zoning Map.  The map needs to match the Outagamie County’s Farmland Preservation Plan to move forward with the Town’s Working Lands Ordinance.

 

MOTION:  Heiden/Lemke to open the hearing.  All said aye.  Motion carried.

The meeting was opened at 8:47 p.m.

 

The chairman asked if there were any recommendations or comments. 

 

MOTION:  Heiden/Lemke to accept the zoning map.  All said aye.  Motion carried.

MOTION:  Lemke/Heiden to close the hearing at 8:49 p.m.  All said aye.  Motion carried.
