2013 Board of Review
Tuesday, June 4, 2013 6:00 p.m. Town Hall
The Town of Black Creek’s Board of Review was called to order at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at the Black Creek Town Hall located at N6051 Twelve Corners Road, Black Creek, Wisconsin, Outagamie County.
People present: Dan Knutzen-Town Chairman, Dan Rettler-Supervisor 1, Tom Neuber-Supervisor 2, Karen Herman-Municipal Town Clerk, Justin Schumacher-Town Assessor and Mary Borree with Borree Services Inc.
For tonight’s meeting the Board of Review notice was posted in the ACN/Times Press newspaper on May 20, 2013 as required by law within the 30-day time requirement. The notice was also posted at the three posting places, town internet website (www.blackcreekwi.org), and also the Town Hall front door on May 7, 2013.
The municipal clerk provided an affidavit to the Department of Revenue on
March 21, 2012 stating that on March 16, 2012 Dan Knutzen, Dan Rettler, Tom Neubert and Karen Herman attended the Board of Review Training which is required by our state statues every other year.
The Board of Review members present to be sworn in were:
Town Assessor Justin Schumacher; Town Board of Supervisor’s: Dan Knutzen, Dan Rettler, and Tom Neubert; Town Clerk Karen Herman.
Karen Herman swore all the following people in: (by stating their name and address)
Dan Knutzen, N6214 Wick Rd, Black Creek, WI – I do;
Dan Rettler, W4926 County Rd B, Black Creek, WI – I do;
Tom Neubert, W5129 Wolf Rd, Black Creek, WI – I do;
Karen Herman, N5295 Twelve Corners Rd, Black Creek, WI – I do;
Justin Schumacher (Assessor), 1209 Orchard Drive, Kaukauna, WI – I do;
Rettler nominated Dan Knutzen as Chairman.
Neubert/Rettler nominated Knutzen as Chairman and to close the nominations and to cast an unanimous ballet for Dan Knutzen. All said aye. 0 opposed.
Karen Herman recorded the minutes of the meeting.
We waited to see if any members come to the Board of Review.

With no other people attending and/or being scheduled for the Board of Review by
8:00 p.m., a motion was made to adjourn. MOTION: Rettler/Neubert to adjourn the Board of Review. All said aye. Motion carried.
The Board of Review for 2013 was adjourned at 8:01 p.m.
