The Audit Hearing was opened at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Dan Knutzen. 

Other officials present were:  1^st Supervisor Dan Rettler, 2^nd Supervisor Tom Neubert, Clerk Karen Herman, and Treasurer Jeri Ohman. 

The agenda was posted according to the open meeting law on January 9, 2014.
