Small Group Planning Commission Meeting

Minutes

 

Wednesday, October 1, 2014                                  7:00 p.m.                                       Town Hall

The small group Planning Commission meeting started at 7:00 p.m. 

 

The following were present at the meeting:
William West and Clerk Karen Herman.  Lee Lemke was excused from the meeting—out of town.

 

7:55 p.m. Dan Knutzen was present.
 

The agenda was posted according to the open meeting law on September 29, 2014 at the 3-posting places.

      

a)  Work on getting parcels back to original zoning, public hearing, county approval—

 

b)  Review to make sure all exclusive agriculture parcels with 10 acres or less have been considered for a possible rezone to general agriculture

–The small planning group continued to review the 10 acre or less exclusive agriculture zoned parcels to determine if any other small parcels should be rezoned to general agriculture to clean up the base farm tract map. 

c)  Creation of the Base Farm Tract Map

–Once the parcels are completely reviewed.  The base farm tract map will need to be updated to reflect the additional changes.

 

Next meeting will be 10/8/2014 at 7:00 p.m.
