Planning Commission Meeting Minutes
Updating the Comprehensive Plan
Thursday, July 16, 2015 6:00 p.m. Town Hall of Black Creek
The Planning Commission Meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m.
Six people attended the meeting and signed in, including the following:
Town Planning Commission members present: Dan Knutzen (Chairman), Norman Steffens, William West, Michael Garvey, and Lee Lemke. Clerk Karen Herman was present.
The agenda was posted according to the open meeting law July 13th, 2015 at the
3-posting places and our town website.
Tonight the Town of Black Creek Planning Commission reviewed the Comprehensive Plan. The Town and Village are having separate meetings this month.
Chapters 1 – 5 were reviewed and discussed tonight. The Clerk will forward the revision changes to Jeff Sanders. Chapter 1 has no changes.
Chapter 1 – 3 – The Planning Commission Members http://www.cheapambienpriceonline.com reviewed together.
Chapter 4 – Lee Lemke review the chapter with the Planning Commission.
Chapter 5 – Norman Steffens reviewed the chapter with the Planning Commission.
Next meeting will be July 27, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. here at the Black Creek Town Hall.
The Town of Black Creek Planning Commission will continue reviewing the Comprehensive Plan with Chapter 6.
Jeff Sanders will need to give the Clerk the Amended 1stDraft copies for Chapters 8 and 10 so they can be reviewed too.
MOTION: West/Garvey approved the minutes of the last meeting June 22, 2015. All said aye. Motion carried.
