Planning Commission Meeting Minutes

Updating the Comprehensive Plan

Wednesday, August 26, 2015                    6:00 p.m.                                Town Hall of Black Creek
The Town Planning Commission Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. 
Six people attended the meeting and signed in.  Town Planning Commission members present:  Dan Knutzen (Chairman), Norman Steffens, William West, Michael Garvey, and Lee Lemke (left meeting at 8:10 p.m.).  Clerk Karen Herman was present. 

MOTION:  Lemke/West to accept the last Planning Commission meeting minutes on August 6, 2015.  All said aye.  Motion carried. 

The agenda for tonight’s meeting was posted according to the open meeting law on August 8, 2015 at the 3-posting places and our town website. 

The Town of Black Creek Planning Commission will continue reviewing the Comprehensive Plan.   The Town and Village are having separate where can i buy venlafaxine meetings this month.  The current land use map was reviewed and changes were marked on the map which will be forwarded to Jeff Sanders for revisions.  The Clerk previously forwarded 23 new homes or changes from building permits from 2005 – 2015 to Jeff for revisions. 

Chapter 12 was reviewed and completed.  Clerk will be forwarding to Jeff Sanders.  The Planning Commission needs clarification from Jeff with the following questions:  what is an official map; Include Drone language in the transportation chapters. 

Next meeting will be scheduled jointly with the Village of Black Creek.

MOTION:  Garvey/West to adjourn at 8:36 p.m.  All said aye.  Motion carried.
