FEE SCHEDULE—January 1, 2016
Penalty Fee
All permits that require a fee are to be charged a penalty if the permit was not purchased before work was started. The penalty fee is 3 times the amount of the permit. For example: If a home building permit was needed, the permit fee would be $400.00. The penalty would be 3 x $400.00 or $1,200.00 plus the $400.00 for the original permit. So the total owed for the building permit is $1,600.00.
Non-Sufficient Funds Fee (NSF) $20.00 payment for each check and occurrence, when withdrawal is not honored of funds.
