The Audit Hearing started at 6:45 p.m.
Officials Present:  Chairman Dan Knutzen, 1^stSupervisor Dan Rettler, 2^ndSupervisor Tom Neubert, Clerk Karen Herman, and Treasurer Jeri Ohman.  Resident Michael Garvey was present at 6:58 p.m. 

The agenda was posted according to the open meeting law on January 6, 2016.

December 2015 Disbursements – $34,501.57

(The sum of $94,000.84 was inadvertently deposited into the Park & Recreation Savings account.  This amount is a part of the December 2015 Tax Collection)

Taxes Collected for December 2015 — $748,434.85

MOTION:  Rettler/Neubert to approve and close the audit hearing at 7:01 p.m.  All said aye.  Motion carried.
