Planning Commission Meeting Minutes
 

Wednesday, February 24, 2016                                              6:00 p.m.                                                    Town Hall
The Planning Commission Meeting started at 6:00 p.m.
 
Six people attended the meeting and signed in. 
Town Planning Commission members present:  Dan Knutzen (Chairman), Norman Steffens, William West, Michael Garvey, Lee Lemke, and Karen Herman (Town Clerk) was present. 
 

MOTION:  Lemke/Garvey approved the February 1, 2016 Planning Commission meeting minutes as written. 
All said aye.  Motion carried.

      a)  Reviewing the Revised Comprehensive Plan – Chapters 1, 9, 10 and 12 were reviewed and discussed.  Clerk will notify Jeff Sanders, via email, of the revisions to each chapter.

The Planning Commission wants to review the complete Comprehensive Plan with mapping before the Public Hearing.  Clerk will notify Jeff Sanders that we will need 2 complete paper copies and a copy emailed to the Planning Commission.  The Planning Commission would like to have 1-week to review.

Next meeting we are to review the Zoning and Subdivision application forms, Pre-Public Hearing Comprehensive Plan, Subdivision Ordinance, VanHandel CSM (Certified Survey Map), and other CSM’s.

Next Planning Meeting will be Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. here at the Town Hall.

MOTION:  Lemke/West to adjourn at 8:27 p.m.  All said aye.  Motion carried.
