Public Hearing
with the Town and Village of Black Creek
 
Amended Joint Comprehensive Plan

 

Wednesday, May 4, 2016                                7:00 p.m.                                              Town Hall

The Public Hearing was called to order at 7:00 p.m. 

The following were present at the Public Hearing:
Town Planning Commission members:  Michael Garvey, Bill West, Norman Steffens, Lee Lemke, and Dan Knutzen (Chairman).   Town Board members:  Tom Neubert, and Dan Rettler.  Town Clerk Karen Herman was present.  Everyone signed in.

Village Planning Commission members:  Steve Rettler, Bruce Stephani, Andrew Gleason, Paul Rettler, and Andy Schmidt.  Village Clerk/Treasurer Rochelle Oskey was present.  Everyone signed in.

Guests:  Jeffrey Sanders with Community Planning and Consulting LLC.   

There were no objections with Dan Knutzen being the Chairman for the Public Hearing.

An email dated 3/21/2016 sent to Jeff Sanders with the Town’s Planning Commission Comprehensive Plan revisions, has been incorporated as testimony with tonight’s hearing.
MOTION:  Garvey/West that the recommendations be submitted as Comprehensive Plan revisions.  All said aye.  Motion carried.  

No submitted testimonies were received from residents within the Town or Village of Black Creek.

MOTION:  Bruce Stephani/Steve Rettler to close the Public Hearing at 7:06 p.m.
