Planning Commission Meeting Minutes
 

Wednesday, October 12, 2016                                              6:00 p.m.                                                    Town Hall
The Planning Commission Meeting started at 6:00 p.m.
  
Town Planning Commission members present:  Dan Knutzen (Chairman), Norman Steffens, William West, Michael Garvey, Lee Lemke, and Karen Herman (Town Clerk) was present. 

MOTION:  Garvey/Lemke approved the June 23, 2016 Planning Commission meeting minutes as written. 
All said aye.  Motion carried.
 

      a)  Review Newly Printed Comprehensive Plan and Maps – Chapters 11 & 12 are missing from the
           Comprehensive Plan.  The Future Land Use Map is nothing like the Current Land Use Map.  For example: 
           the Farmsteads, Outbuildings & Family Residential buildings are different.  The categories (legends) are
           not the same either.  Dan Knutzen will contact Jeff Sanders regarding these issues.

Knutzen informed the Planning Commission that a Campground exists on Kropp Rd with Exclusive Agriculture zoning.

      b)  Put Together a Plan to Address Upcoming Issues – Tabled until the next Planning Commission Meeting.           

      c)  Discuss Next Meeting Date – Next meeting will be November 16, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.          

 

Knutzen moved and West seconded to adjourn at 7:02 p.m.
