Planning Commission Meeting Minutes
 

Wednesday, November 16, 2016                                              6:00 p.m.                                                    Town Hall
The Planning Commission Meeting started at 6:00 p.m.
 
Town Planning Commission members present:  Dan Knutzen (Chairman), Norman Steffens, William West, Michael Garvey, Lee Lemke, and Karen Herman (Town Clerk) was present. 

MOTION:  Garvey/Lemke accept the October 12, 2016 Planning Commission meeting minutes as written. 
All said aye.  Motion carried.
 

a)  Review Newly Printed Comprehensive Plan and Maps –
      For the Transportation Goal #1 and Intergovernmental Goal #1 milestone dates for 2016 the Clerk is to
      verify with Jeff Sanders with Community Planning and Consulting that the joint comprehensive plan was
      distributed to Outagamie County, ECWRPC, WisDOT, and to all intergovernmental partners.

      Clerk will put the Comprehensive Plan on the town website.

      All milestones listed as Annual and 2016 were addressed tonight.

      b)  Put Together a Plan to Address Upcoming Issues/Comprehensive Plan Updates –
            Comprehensive Plan milestone dates will be reviewed yearly or as needed.

            The creation of the town’s base farm track map needs to be completed.  No timeframe was set.

            The preliminary csm (certified survey map) & consultation checklist was reviewed for the Walter Hess
            property.           

      c)  Discuss Next Meeting Date – Next meeting will be January 25, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.

–Copies of the Comprehensive Plan CD’s were handed out to the following tonight:  West, Garvey, and Lemke

–Norman Steffens received a hard copy (black & white) with binder of the comprehensive plan.          

 

MOTION:  Garvey/West motion to adjourn at 7:10 p.m.
