NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING
FOR THE TOWN OF BLACK CREEK, OUTAGAMIE COUNTY
 

            Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at 8:00 p.m. at the Town Hall of Black Creek, N6051 Twelve Corners Road, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2013 BUDGET for the Town of Black Creek in Outagamie County will be held.  The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the 3-posting places or by contacting Karen Herman, Clerk at 730-9345.

                                NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS
                             FOR THETOWN OF BLACK CREEK, OUTAGAMIE COUNTY

Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, November 7, 2012, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed year 2013 budget, which begins at 8:00 p.m. at the Black Creek Town Hall, a special town meeting of the electors called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes, by the town board will be held for the following purposes: 
 

1.      To approve the 2012 town tax levy to be collected in 2013 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin 
          Statutes.

2.      To approve compensation for elected town officials for the next term of office pursuant to Section 60.10(1)
          (b)(1) of Wisconsin Statutes.
