NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF BLACK CREEK
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The Town of Black Creek will hold a public hearing on Monday,
June 30, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. at the Black Creek Town Hall, N6051 Twelve Corners Road, Black Creek, Wisconsin 54106 to consider amending the Towns Zoning Ordinance, pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes 91.36 pertaining to the Farmland Preservation Program and amendments to insure that the Zoning Ordinance is consistent with the Towns Comprehensive Plan.
The purpose of this hearing is to provide the citizens of Black Creek an opportunity to comment on the proposed amendments to the Town Zoning Ordinance.
Information relating to the proposed amendments to the Town Zoning Ordinance may be picked up at the Town Hall by contacting the Town Clerk at 920-730-9345.
Any interested person may address the Planning Commission by letter or in person or by agent and be heard.
