The Audit Hearing was started at 6:45 p.m.
Officials Present:  Chairman Dan Knutzen, 1^stSupervisor Dan Rettler, 2^ndSupervisor Tom Neubert, Treasurer Jeri Ohman, and Clerk Karen Herman.  Resident Michael Garvey was present.  Resident Dan Ott was present at 6:57 p.m. waiting for the Town Board Meeting to begin following the Audit Hearing.  

The agenda was posted according to the open meeting law on May 11,  2015.

MOTION:  Rettler/Neubert to approve the audit and close the hearing at 6:58 p.m.  All said aye.  Motion carried.
