NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Town and Village of Black Creek Plan Commissions
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Joint Town of Black Creek and Village of Black Creek Plan Commissions on Wednesday, May 4th, 2016 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Black Creek Town Hall located at N6051 Twelve Corners Road in Black Creek. The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comment on the amended Joint Town and Village of Black Creek Comprehensive Plan (the Plan).
The public may review copies of the Plan at the Black Creek Town Hall or at the Village of Black Creek Office located at 301 N Maple Street in Black Creek. You may also review the Plan at the following website: http://communityplanningandconsulting.com/client-portal.
During the Public Hearing, the public is invited to speak on the proposed Plan. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk or Village Clerk until 4:00 p.m. on May 4th, 2016 and shall become part of the record. The Public Hearing shall be closed when all interested parties in attendance have had an opportunity to offer comment.
Upon the close of the Public Hearing, a meeting of the Joint Town and Village of Black Creek Plan Commissions shall be called to order and the Plan shall be addressed per the agenda.
