Jeff Sanders reviewed his email message, sent on June 21, 2015, to the Town and Village Clerks. The Town Planning Commission and Town Board received copies for tonight’s meeting. This email provided a meeting timetable for July through November.
At the July meeting, each municipality will have a meeting alone. We are to review chapters 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10. We can review 1-3. The maps are to be relatively accurate.
After the July meeting we are to forward all the requested revisions to Jeff. He will revise the chapters for the joint August meeting.
August will be the last joint meeting. We should have a draft of the future land use map. This is an additional meeting from the original proposal.
Chapter 3 – Demographics – West brought up that the Village statistics is very broad regarding the trends over time and the market trade analysis. Jeff informed us that the County data list is not available at the local level.

Discussion with the previously reviewed Chapter 9: Current Land Use and Chapter 10: Future Land Use, and the Current and Future Land Use Mapping – If the Future Land Use Map has a conflict with the Current Land Use Map, it must be changed (page 14).
