2015 Updating the Comprehensive Plan Meetings

The Wisconsin’s Comprehensive Planning Law (66.1001(2) (i), Wis. Stats) requires that, “A comprehensive plan under this subsection shall be updated no less than once every ten years.”  The joint Town of Black Creek/Village of Black Creek Comprehensive Plan was adopted in March of 2005.  In order to comply with state statutes each community much complete the required amendments by March 2015 or as soon thereafter as feasible.

Meeting agendas can be located under the top header at our website under “Planning Commission”.
